The premises were sold and all conditions of sale were met. If a property is sold and settled during the tenancy, the new purchaser must be informed that the tenants approve the property until the end of the notice or until the end of their tenancy period. You can sign up for mediation by filling out this form. The owner may immediately announce the evacuation of the leased building if the rented premises are destroyed or uninhabitable. Immediate notification can also be made if you (or a visitor to your home) deliberately damage property or endanger the safety of neighbours. The lease is terminated if the tenant leaves the premises. The premises are abandoned if the tenant is permanently empty without a valid termination and if the rent no longer pays.
Cancellation is a violation of the lease. This means that the tenant must compensate the landlord for the resulting losses.
